The company Moso was established over 10 years ago and has been instrumental in pioneering the development of bamboo products. It specialises in the development of innovative and trend-setting products.
The name Moso is derived from a species of giant bamboo called Phyllostachys Pubescens, known in Chinese as Moso. This species grows in abundant quantities in China; there is an estimated 8 million hectares of bamboo forest. It is this type of bamboo which supplies the raw material for all Moso products.
The Moso organisation has its head office in Zwaag in the Netherlands, and has offices throughout Europe and in China.
